Check-in revealed a bit of confusion regarding room assignments. I initially booked a suite but ended up in a smaller room advertised as an upgrade. The breakfast selection was disappointing, especially with limited cold items and missing towels on one occasion. Dining options were restricted due to the main dining room being closed during the week, forcing us to eat out instead. The lack of milk in the room meant no morning cuppas without venturing out. not ideal for a leisurely start.
